locally we manage to create customer data that ensured
regular activity.
The specialisation in the long-lasting hires of lodgings
with our own network of services in all Pelion gave
us the advantage of exclusivity for a long-lasting promotion
of small lodgings. Having said that we give solutions
in householders that their main activity is not the
exploitation of tourist lodging.

programs gave solutions in investment proposals, modernisations
of lodgings and even economic support for the first
years of exploitation of new tourist lodgings.

we undertake the financing projects on new investments
through European national programs and ensuring the
attribution of rents in the future exploitation and
collaboration
Today all the efforts have been assembled under the
